August 13th 2011! Join us to say goodbye to summertime with one last blow out. Our annual bash begins at 7pm with dinner and goes until 1am. Polychrome will be leading us in a night full of dancing/people watching opportunities. Don’t miss it!
Fried Shrimp Dinner – 10 tiger shrimp, beer battered and served with a choice of two side items.
Grilled Swordfish with Watermelon Salsa. 8 ounces of swordfish topped with chopped watermelon, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, mint, and jalapeno in lemon juice. Served with two sides.
Strawberry Spinach Salad –
A bed of baby spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, and walnuts topped with a generous 8oz. portion of our North Atlantic Salmon and served with a side of honey balsamic vinaigrette.

Cajun Ribeye- A flavorful ribeye grilled to order and topped with crawifsh, shrimp, and sausage sauteed with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and green onions in a creole cream sauce.
Tilapia Oscar – A tender tilapia filet lightly seasoned and pan sauteed, topped with seasoned crabmeat , asparagus, and white wine sauce and served with a choice of two side items.
